Hello, I’m Cass.

I’m the designer behind The Hello Bureau — a little studio based in Perth, Australia, creating printable templates and digital stationery for weddings, events, and everyday organisation.

I started this business in 2012 with a love of paper, type, and thoughtful design. What began as a handmade stationery venture gradually grew into a custom wedding stationery studio, designing one-of-a-kind pieces for couples across Australia.

But as much as I loved the art of print, what I really loved was the process: working with people who cared about the small details, the feeling of something made just for them — and the quiet satisfaction that came from holding it in their hands.

Over time, I realised I wanted to share that experience more widely — without the time constraints, overwhelm, or price tag of full custom work. That’s when The Hello Bureau shifted into digital.

Today, I design printable templates that allow you to create your own stationery at home. From editable invitations to downloadable menus and envelope liners, every piece is designed with care, intention, and a strong belief in design that’s both beautiful and useful.

My style embraces minimalism, with an appreciation for white space, tactile textures, and type that breathes. Whether you’re planning a wedding or just love paper goods, my goal is to give you the resources to create something meaningful at your own pace.

She responded to my email within 24 hours, delivered some options within 3 working days and I had the completed project in my inbox within 5 days. Amazing service!
