Our free printable wedding guestbook signs are back and this time they’ve had a proper 2026 refresh! This post was first shared in 2022, so it was well and truly time for a style update.
This year we’ve created 5 brand new printable guestbook signs, including a few “please sign our guestbook” styles. We’ve kept them classic and elegant, so there’s a style here for most weddings. We’ve also added a bonus old money design for anyone going for a dark academia look.

Our free printable wedding guestbook signs are available in 5″x7″ and 8″x10″, so they fit a standard photo frame. We’ve formatted them onto both A4 and US Letter pages with trim marks included. Simply choose your size and paper format, download the PDF, and print.
