Designed with simplicity in mind, each planner template includes a diagram and numbered guest list. These are available as PDFs in both A4 and US Letter. Just choose your configuration, download, and print as many copies as you need.
How to use the table seating planner sheets
Each planner includes a table diagram with numbered seat positions and a guest list alongside it. For round tables, seat 1 starts at the top and the positions run clockwise. For long tables, seat 1 starts at the top of the left side and runs down, then continues from the top of the right side with one seat at each end of the table.
1. 8-Seater Round Tables
The 8-seater round table planner is one of the most common configurations for wedding receptions and event dinners. Each page includes two table diagrams with seats numbered 1–8 and a guest list alongside each.
2. 10-Seater Round Tables
For larger round tables, the 10-seater planner gives you the same numbered diagram layout with seats 1–10 mapped out clearly around the table. This is a common configuration for both wedding receptions and corporate banquets.
3. 12-Seater Round Tables
The 12-seater round table planner is ideal for corporate banquets and larger celebration dinners. Seats are numbered 1–12 around the diagram so you can assign guests to a specific position.
4. 8-Seater Long Tables
Long tables are increasingly popular at weddings and events. This configuration seats up to 3 guests per side with 1 seat at each end.
5. 10-Seater Long Tables
The 10-seater long table planner seats up to 4 guests per side with 1 seat at each end.
6. 12-Seater Long Tables
The 12-seater long table planner seats up to 5 guests per side with 1 seat at each end.
7. 22-Seater Long Tables
For banquet-style receptions or events with extra long shared tables, the 22-seater planner seats up to 10 guests per side with 1 seat at each end.
